At Endura Care we are proud of our accomplishments in the field of rehabilitation. Our highly trained and experienced therapy team provides the rehabilitative services and assists with education, counseling and discharge planning needs. Our skilled staff can assist you in reaching higher levels of independent functioning and quality of life. Discharge planning is initiated prior to admission and home evaluations are available as you prepare for discharge. As a follow-up to the rehabilitation program, our restorative services will help to maintain the skills developed in the formal rehab program.
